Operations Analyst, Data and Performance

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with regional and global operations teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve KPI reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational processes and data flows to support optimization, automation, and reduction of manual work.
• Prepare clear, actionable narratives and materials that support decisions and track progress against initiatives.
• Communicate changes and coordinate adoption across regions and with product and technology teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication across functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects or workstreams and delivery against defined outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience contributing to process improvement, redesign, or operational initiatives.
• Experience building dashboards and working with operational data.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Exposure to automation tools, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled processes.
