Data Analyst (Oracle)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; hybrid working model, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Base annual salary: $70,400–$96,800.

What you will do

• Manage customer contract data, extensions, billing schedules, pricing, service coverage, and onboarding or offboarding in Oracle.
• Maintain pricing structures and price lists while ensuring accuracy, compliance, profitability, and alignment with approved policies.
• Support contract and pricing governance through audits, approvals, validations, controls, and exception management.
• Investigate and resolve contract, pricing, data, and system discrepancies to protect revenue and cost data integrity.
• Support the legal team as an Oracle subject matter expert during contract and amendment drafting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and improve procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration with a strong data-centric focus.
• More than five years of experience in contract or pricing administration, preferably in technology product and service sales.
• Knowledge of pricing principles, contract administration, commercial processes, and business rules.
• Experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, or other data management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work across time zones.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and complete assignments within defined timelines.
