Data Analyst (Oracle)

Location: San Diego, CA, US; hybrid working model, with possible domestic and international travel.

Base annual salary: $89,250–$130,900.

What you will do

• Support the Cymer Light Source organization with customer contract data management and pricing administration.
• Administer Oracle contract data, including customer contracts, extensions, billing schedules, billing triggers, pricing, service coverage, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain data governance, contract controls, validation, compliance and revenue and cost data integrity.
• Support the legal team as an Oracle Subject Matter Expert during contract and amendment drafting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing and IT to translate business requirements into ERP solutions and improve standardized processes.
• Manage pricing structures and price lists, support pricing governance, investigate issues and recommend solutions for pricing and contract-related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration with a strong data-centric focus.
• More than 8 years of experience in contract or pricing administration, preferably in a technology product and service sales environment.
• Experience understanding the impact of pricing and contract quality on business process efficiency and improvement.
• Knowledge of material data input in Oracle, ServiceNow or other data management systems, or contract and pricing administration.
• Understanding of pricing principles, contract administration and commercial processes.
• Ability to apply business rules consistently, follow strict procedures and meet timelines across time zones.
• Proactive, flexible and detail-oriented approach with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills, including the ability to explain complex process structures clearly.
• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks, decisions and outcomes and meet internal and external customer needs.
