What you will do

• Track and analyze Customer Lifetime Value and retention by dealer segments and cohorts across business units.
• Develop business-result tracking models to identify performance gaps and predict future sales performance.
• Analyze complex business problems, campaign and promotion data, and opportunities to improve Share of Wallet and Active Users.
• Formalize analytics findings through sustainable reports and visualizations.
• Create financial and decision-making models and prepare ad-hoc analyses for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, manage small to medium projects, mitigate risks, and implement process and reporting automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst, statistical analyst, model developer, or reporting analyst.
• Demonstrated experience managing small to medium projects.
• Experience with process automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Kissflow, or Appian.
• Strong knowledge of data models, simulation techniques, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of reporting packages such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or Looker, and/or databases such as SQL or Snowflake.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
• Ability to write queries and reports and communicate findings accurately, clearly, and concisely.
