Senior Data Analyst (Art Market)

Location: Hybrid; based in New York, London, or Berlin, with in-person expectations varying by location. Primary offices are in New York, London, and Berlin.

Compensation: €70–€90, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own data collection, analysis, and interpretation across multiple departments to support business strategy and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Looker, Salesforce, and other analytics tools.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Executive, and other cross-functional teams to define metrics, set targets, and evaluate initiatives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data segmentation and prioritization.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support AI, automation, and business intelligence adoption while maintaining data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role, with a record of translating insights into business outcomes.
• High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization or reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate data into strategic recommendations, and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and pipelines.
• Collaborative, ego-free approach with a commitment to knowledge sharing and collective success.
• Based in New York, London, or Berlin and able to work within the applicable hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI and automation to streamline analytics processes.
• Experience in the art market, ecommerce, or another digital marketplace.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
