What you will do

• Establish proactive, financially disciplined workforce planning that connects demand with capacity, staffing, hiring, and budget decisions.
• Provide strategic workforce management leadership to business partners across the enterprise and influence business decisions and outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain workforce management policies, procedures, systems, and data assets.
• Lead reporting, analysis, forecasting, and financial performance reviews, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead change management, transformation initiatives, business projects, and the adoption of new operating models and technical solutions.
• Coach and mentor staff, build organizational capabilities, and maintain cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in workforce management within a large corporation.
• Comprehensive practical and policy-level knowledge of finance and the technical skills required to support it.
• Proficiency with technology necessary to perform the role.
• Strong negotiation, partnership, influence, and decision-challenging skills across all management levels.
• Ability to use financial data to frame issues, options, and solutions for business decision-making.
• Experience navigating change positively with individuals and teams, working with senior management and external contacts, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent conflict resolution and facilitation skills, with strong conceptual thinking.
