Industrial Engineer II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce cost, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform time studies, process mapping, workflow optimization, process simplification, automation, and waste elimination.
• Support new product introductions and customer onboarding by developing scalable production processes and designing production cells.
• Monitor facility utilization, warehouse occupancy, capacity, space, and power utilization; identify operational constraints and provide scalability recommendations.
• Develop facility layouts using CAD tools and lead facility reconfigurations, infrastructure modifications, equipment relocations, and production area expansions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Program Management, Quality, Facilities, Finance, Engineering, and Global Operations; present recommendations to site and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar layout design software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and industrial engineering principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
