VP Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Set the 3–5 year product strategy, maintain the product roadmap, and align product lines with enterprise growth goals.
• Own product budgets, performance, risk, and metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, adoption, and time to value.
• Design and scale the product organization, establish ownership across product lines, and create shared ways of working after a merger.
• Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives, unified product experiences, new capabilities, cross-sell acceleration, and transformation across teams.
• Advise the C-suite on strategic opportunities, investment, risk remediation, build-or-buy decisions, partnerships, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Establish product operating standards and governance, represent the product function to major clients and partners, and lead secure, responsible AI-enabled product initiatives for regulated public-sector environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, including significant people-management and leadership experience in a growing software or SaaS business.
• Proven success leading a product function at scale and developing product leaders.
• Experience owning budgets, financial performance, and organizational design, ideally during rapid growth, acquisition, or integration.
• Ability to lead enterprise strategy, organizational design, change leadership, and transformation at scale.
• Fluency in SaaS economics, including ARR, retention, pricing, and profitability.
• Strong executive communication skills with board, client, and partner presence.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent.
