Director - AI Product Management

Location: Remote USA

Base salary: $157,900–$205,400 per year, plus potential bonus, sales commission, and equity grants.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of an AI-first product, including strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and commercial readiness.
• Unify AI agents, capabilities, workflows, platform integrations, product outcomes, and SKU considerations into one product strategy.
• Engage directly with customers and design partners, using feedback and onboarding data to set product priorities and roadmap decisions.
• Identify product gaps, prioritize improvements, and drive fast resolution in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.
• Pitch and demonstrate the product to customers, senior stakeholders, and external industry audiences.
• Lead and grow an expanding product team while partnering with engineering, AI, platform, sales engineering, implementation, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud environments.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering commercial SaaS or AI-first products to market.
• Experience developing AI-first products with agent-based workflows, platform integrations, and ecosystem integrations.
• Customer-facing product leadership experience, including product demonstrations, pitching, and translating feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Experience with people management and influencing implementation, sales engineering, and marketing functions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background in tax, accounting, a regulated domain, or tax technology.
• Experience with product SKU design and go-to-market execution for commercial AI products.
• Experience in customer implementation, sales engineering, professional services, or UX.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
