Business Development Representative (RV)

Location: Remote

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 base per year plus additional on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Make multiple outbound calls, including cold calls, to franchised and independent Powersports, RV, and Marine dealerships.
• Sell hirify.global’s value proposition of speed and ease to dealership employees to drive enrollment, training, engagement, application volume, loan volume, and market penetration.
• Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, dealership referrals, and trade shows.
• Set and achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Create and maintain a database or CRM of current and prospective clients.
• Resolve dealership issues, seeking guidance on complex issues and collaborating with sales leaders and teammates to complete daily, weekly, and monthly work on time.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or a high-call-volume environment.
• Ability to work with the VP of Sales, RV and Marine, and/or National Sales Manager, RV, to create a daily workflow for timely completion of tasks.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
