Annual salary: $185,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Advise executive and senior leaders on business, talent, workforce, and organizational decisions.
• Develop people strategies supporting business performance, innovation, growth, and long-term workforce needs.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, career growth, and internal mobility.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion, belonging, high-performing teams, feedback, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Guide organizational transformation, restructuring, change management, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, workplace concerns, performance management, conflict resolution, employment compliance, HR metrics, and workforce analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience partnering with global Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Sales organizations.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and HR compliance in a complex global environment.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and executive influencing skills.
• Experience using analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
