Recruiting Operations Specialist (Contract)

Location: San Francisco headquarters, working onsite 3 to 4 days per week; the role is for United States-based candidates.

Annual base salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD, excluding potential equity and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Manage interview scheduling, calendars, logistics, coordination, and last-minute changes.
• Provide clear communication and seamless support throughout the candidate interview experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leads, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep hiring organized and moving forward.
• Manage recruiting workflows and data in Greenhouse and Gem, including regular audits and improvements.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, hiring progress, and candidate experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and workflows, and own projects through execution.

Requirements

• Ability to work from hirify.global’s San Francisco headquarters 3 to 4 days per week.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations preferred.
• Proactive, driven approach with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through with minimal direction.
• Dependable execution, curiosity, and the ability to keep daily recruiting activities running smoothly while improving them.
• Experience delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse and Gem, including Gem Analytics, reporting, and data management.
• Strong interest in reporting and analytics, with the ability to translate recruiting data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
