Software Engineering Technical Specialist

What you will do

• Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software solutions across domains such as security, systems, databases, and networking.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, problem-solving, and leadership for customer business and technical issues.
• Work with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle.
• Continuously groom features and user stories, estimate work, identify technical risks and dependencies, and communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Drive the remediation of technical debt and vulnerabilities and maintain the currency of third-party components.
• Coach and mentor engineers in designing and implementing highly available, secure, distributed software.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems.
• Customer focus, effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
• A growth mindset and willingness to drive personal and professional development.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Master Certified Technical Specialist certification.
