What you will do

• Translate business and technical needs into scalable, user-centered enterprise software.
• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve applications across the full software lifecycle.
• Collaborate on architecture, technical roadmaps, platform modernization, and system optimization.
• Design and evolve APIs and integration services for booking flows, partner connectivity, and distributed systems.
• Explore AI-assisted engineering tools, automation, continuous integration, observability, and cloud-native practices.
• Mentor peers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to inclusive engineering culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building large-scale or enterprise systems.
• Experience developing technical solutions within product-focused teams.
• Exposure to system architecture and collaborative design.
• Experience designing APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar software development methodologies.
• Backend or full-stack engineering expertise and understanding of modern architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and operational excellence.
• Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration, simplify complex topics, communicate effectively, solve problems analytically, and guide through expertise.
• Continuous-learning mindset and enthusiasm for innovation, quality, and teamwork.
