Refurbished Equipment Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Hourly pay: $22.00–$30.00

What you will do

• Coordinate equipment movement from warehouses to the service depot and maintain organized storage.
• Select equipment for refurbishment based on pending orders and minimum/maximum inventory criteria.
• Match refurbishment orders with suitable returned devices and segregate equipment for salvage, conversion, or disposal.
• Monitor inventory backlogs, update stock quantities and ERP records, and provide status reports and real-time visibility to sales teams.
• Coordinate with sales and the service depot on inventory availability, lead times, pricing, and large-volume order fulfillment.
• Analyze inventory data and identify process improvements to reduce turnaround times and optimize asset use.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage operational inventory tasks and strategic asset oversight.
• Experience with inventory classification, refurbishment process management, and asset tracking.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to perform regular inventory data analysis to support inventory management and reduce lead times.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or asset management within a regulated environment.
• Customer-facing experience.
