Senior Buyer/Planner (Medtech)

Salary: $95,500 - $115,000

What you will do

• Manage inventory levels and safety stock of direct materials using Oracle and MRP.
• Plan and place purchase orders based on cost, lead time, and ECO changes.
• Forecast future demand and publish supplier forecasts to prevent production delays.
• Collaborate with Commodity Management to identify cost reductions and improve buying patterns.
• Lead supply chain initiatives and internal improvement projects.
• Oversee vendor returns, including tracking inventory and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of buying/planning experience (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments such as Medical, Aerospace, or Nuclear.
• Proficiency in MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret Auto/CAD drawings.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.
