Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Corinth, Mississippi, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate activities on a complex production line, including scheduling, task assignment, workforce coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Create production, tooling, issue, performance, and inventory reports and recommend improvements to safety, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain operating procedure, safety, and quality documentation and ensure processes and products meet required standards.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, and supervise daily production activities.
• Promote communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across production teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Working knowledge of problem solving, data gathering and analysis, performance management, analytical thinking, decision-making, planning and organizing, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify root causes, assess risks and alternatives, create action plans, monitor progress, and resolve operational or process problems.
• Ability to provide objective performance feedback, identify development opportunities, and support training and formal reviews.
• Ability to communicate clearly through feedback, presentations, and reports while considering stakeholder perspectives.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or remanufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of safety programs, OSHA regulations, and quality standards and systems.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methods.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts, including scheduling, labor planning, and training.
• Ability to track and analyze safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or manufacturing systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to build accountability and engagement at all levels.
