Senior Manufacturing Manager

Location: Lima, Ohio Plant, United States; willingness to relocate during your career and travel occasionally is required.

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and long-term planning for the Lima plant.
• Manage Process Engineers and Line Leaders while building team capabilities.
• Meet and improve quality, cost, delivery, safety, and team morale goals.
• Lead daily performance management and continuous improvement using a plan-do-check-act approach.
• Partner across departments, support plant initiatives, and manage budgets, staffing, and development.
• Own operating processes, serve on plant-wide improvement teams, and share expertise across the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical; other engineering disciplines may be considered.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause identification and solution implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and people-management skills, including coaching and career guidance for early-career managers.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders, and guide teams.
• Advanced operator-led equipment care qualification equivalent to the company’s Step 6 certification.
• Expertise in operational excellence, production loss analysis, maintenance planning and scheduling, daily performance and team routines, quality, health, safety, environmental practices, production management, and change management.
• Willingness to relocate during the career and travel occasionally as required.
