Total Plan Implementation Project Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Manage client investment-data onboarding and integration projects, including project plans, execution strategies, schedules, and meetings.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with management and stakeholders based on product knowledge and client use cases.
• Communicate project expectations, status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to clients, management, and internal teams.
• Prepare project overviews and retrospectives to identify efficiency and transformation opportunities.
• Document projects to support ongoing client relationships and Client Support teams.
• Perform administrative and other functions requested by management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management methodology and best-practice experience within a financial institution.
• At least 5 years of engagement within the financial industry, with mandatory knowledge of financial instruments and finance.
• High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask at project level.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills, including the ability to foster these skills within client teams.
• Ability to quickly upskill in technical processes and functional product capabilities.
• Goal-oriented and outcome-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Single-Family Offices, Hedge Funds, OCIO, and Endowments business strategies and operational needs.
