ESS Changshu_SE Technical Project Leader (Automotive)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to the integrated project team, including software, ECU, and test discipline project managers.
• Coordinate component development for electronic chassis suspension systems according to customer requirements, internal system and quality standards, cost targets, and timing goals.
• Communicate technical requirements and project status across internal development teams, customers, suppliers, and development partners.
• Track technical schedules, analyze ESS system issues, estimate technical risks, and report project progress.
• Own system releases and review and release development results and parts.
• Coordinate customer timing agreements and estimate external supplier costs and internal development resources.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of air suspension systems and system design.
• Knowledge of automotive software development processes, including V-model, Automotive SPICE, and component process life cycles.
• Basic knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, and customer requirements analysis.
• Basic knowledge of ECU testing, including EMC, ET, and ENV testing.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong coordination, self-organization, technical analysis, and reporting skills.
