Walmart US Category Management Director (Retail)

Location: Fayetteville Sales Office, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role requires moving to Northwest Arkansas to work directly with Walmart.

Salary: $172,000–$220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Act as the lead category advisor for Walmart and own the relationship with the Walmart Senior Merchant.
• Define omni-channel category strategies that deliver sales and market share growth.
• Provide reporting, insights, marketplace analysis, competitive updates, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead the Walmart modular process and develop physical and digital shelf concepts, assortment recommendations, and future modular plans.
• Sell in and execute in-market tests while collaborating with category experts and Shopper Insights managers.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a team.

• Experience with Walmart category management tools, including ProSpace, Scintilla, Power BI, Excel, and Nielsen.
