Manager, Market Access Analytics (340B and Medicaid)

Location: New York City, United States; permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus eligibility for a 12.5% bonus target and share-based long-term incentive participation.

What you will do

• Develop 340B analytics and financial models across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments throughout the hirify.global portfolio.
• Run analytics to identify 340B growth drivers and quantify the impact of internal and external 340B policy changes.
• Create standardized 340B reporting packages, presentations, and analysis for senior leadership and internal governance.
• Evaluate alternate distribution models and flag utilization outside policy intent.
• Use proprietary and public pharmaceutical data sources, advanced modeling techniques, and digital pre- and post-deal tools to support market access strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders and business units to update models, support investment decisions, and maintain formulary tracking and operational planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting experience with a BA/BS, or 2+ years with an MS, MBA, or MPH.
• AI fluency, including tools such as Claude and Copilot.
• Ability to apply analytic tools to deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of 340B, managed markets, third-party data, and payer and pharmaceutical contracting.
• Experience building and operating financial models in Microsoft Excel and web-based platforms.
• Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance processes.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skill with Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or master's-level education.
