Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights (Pricing Strategy)

Location: Onsite at the Ol Roy Building AR Bentonville Home Office, 601 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable strategic plans.
• Evaluate programs and initiatives, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
• Establish and oversee processes, timelines, and controls for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members while building stakeholder relationships and supporting strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area; or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• 2 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Ability to develop, execute, and reassess business strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building for strategic growth initiatives.
• Extensive business analysis experience with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong skills in analytics, competitive analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management, team mentoring, and fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities to influence and align cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with a statistical programming language.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
