Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee business analysis activities supporting strategic plans and initiatives.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, align goals, and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze complex data, market insights, reporting, and performance metrics to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting accountability and continuous learning.
• Support Walmart+ analytics across acquisition, engagement, benefit innovation, opportunity sizing, test design, and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area; or 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area.
• Expertise in business and data analysis, including extracting, consolidating, and interpreting complex data sets.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to drive results through goal setting, progress measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights, recommendations, and reports to different audiences.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and organizational values.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Statistical programming language experience.
