Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex consulting projects supporting multiple business areas.
• Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop strategic recommendations.
• Advise senior leadership on customer insights and business strategies.
• Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis for critical business questions.
• Collaborate across functions to align research strategies and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while improving research and analytics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with 5 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or a related field; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex consulting projects focused on business strategy and customer insights.
• Expertise in quantitative research, primary research, market research, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to influence executive decision-making.

Nice to have

• Customer analytics experience in retail operations.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
