Social Media Analyst Intern (Undergraduate Summer 2027) (Managed Care)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay range: $18–23/hour.

What you will do

• Conduct UX/UI research to assess provider portals and identify opportunities to improve the clinician experience.
• Support provider communication strategy and social media modernization so information reaches the right audiences across Illinois.
• Coordinate support activities, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and managed care industry.
• Contribute to projects, apply academic knowledge, attend training presentations, and learn different managed care functions.
• Perform other assigned duties and comply with applicable policies and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period.
• Academic study preferably related to the hiring department, such as marketing, communications, or design.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT employment-based visa types.
