Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Intern

Location: Remote, based in the United States; Work at Home in Pennsylvania. Applicants must be independently authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support healthcare program evaluations, research studies, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day analytical activities.
• Analyze complex healthcare and operational data using statistical and research methodologies, including SAS and R.
• Prepare reports, presentations, recommendations, and alternative proposals for action.
• Collaborate with researchers, analysts, business leaders, colleagues, and other stakeholders to assess program effectiveness, impact, and outcomes.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives under supervision, with guidance, training, and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Communicate findings and provide professional services related to healthcare evaluation, outcomes measurement, and evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Currently pursuing a graduate degree full-time or part-time at an accredited college or university.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clientele, and internal or external stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct research and reporting, participate in projects and programs, and perform related duties under supervision.
• Compliance with applicable federal and state laws, company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, HIPAA, privacy requirements, and information security guidelines.

• Graduate studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.
