Early Careers - Finance Data & Analytics Developer Intern (Finance Data & Analytics)

Location: Chicago, Illinois or Richardson, Texas; flex workplace with a minimum of three office days per week

Base pay range: $19.13–$34.17

What you will do

• Support the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of new and existing data and analytics business solutions.
• Collect, clean, prepare, and analyze data to develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Own assigned project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Monitor defect resolution and support production and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and recommend process improvements.
• Present the internship project, results, and recommendations to department leadership.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior, preferably in computer science, computer information science, management information systems, or another relevant major.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Knowledge of entry-level data technologies, business intelligence, database platforms, or other data toolsets.
• Practical skills with Excel, Word, Access, and basic SQL, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Experience describing data, performing reasonableness checks, and working with change coordinators.
