Value-Based Programs Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Florida, United States; EST hours required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze provider financial patterns and trends using Excel and SQL.
• Maintain and review fee schedules and pricing structures.
• Review provider contracts and verify that rates are priced and applied accurately.
• Identify process improvements and support compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with Value-Based, Enrollment, Product Development, Finance, Actuarial, and Contracting teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience delivering professional customer experiences and organizing work to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Ability to work EST hours and meet remote work requirements, including a dedicated workspace and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Experience within the hirify.global Service Fund Department.
• Experience with contracts or in the healthcare industry.
• SQL query-writing experience.
• Project management experience.
