Services Business Intelligence & Analytics Intern (AI)

Location: Montreal, Canada; work term of 4 months starting in January 2027; mostly remote work in a global organization with consideration for global time zones.

Hourly pay: $21.00–$28.00.

What you will do

• Enhance a Call Analytics tool with sentiment analysis and quality scoring for the Technical Support Organization.
• Help design and develop a Cost Profiling tool for Project Managers to forecast project cost schedules.
• Design and develop a KPI Outlier Detection program that provides executives with advanced warning signals.
• Design and develop Order Plan forecasting to help Product Line Management evaluate long-term business evolution.
• Contribute to the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence-based advanced analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar program, with some formal learning in Data Science.
• Interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills for working with stakeholders and team members.
• Commitment to on-time delivery.
• Comfort working mostly remotely in a global organization while considering global time zones.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and set functional goals and objectives.
• Attention to detail to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Data Science concepts and tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics, modeling, and visualization tools.
