What you will do

• Provide strategic talent acquisition partnership and full-cycle recruiting expertise for assigned business areas.
• Source candidates, manage recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, and expand recruitment networks.
• Consult with hiring managers and business leaders on job requirements, talent strategies, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate candidate communications, engagement, employer branding, and cross-functional hiring activities.
• Optimize talent acquisition technology and sourcing tools, improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, and support recruitment innovation.
• Track talent acquisition metrics, analyze pipelines, report on hiring performance, and support compliance, diversity recruiting, and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or talent sourcing.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition capabilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Experience with talent acquisition systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of talent sourcing methodologies, recruitment best practices, and hiring strategies.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand organizational talent needs and market dynamics.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Results-oriented approach focused on quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience, talent quality, and business impact.
• Understanding of employment law, diversity recruiting, and inclusive hiring practices, with continuous learning and adaptability in evolving talent markets.
