What you will do

• Hire high-performing talent across implementation, support, technical account management, commercial, and engineering functions.
• Partner with team leads, department heads, and the C-suite to define hiring needs, timing, and priorities.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand through events and careers-page content.
• Build and test AI agents and workflows using tools such as Claude and Ashby to improve recruitment operations.
• Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition and hiring across a range of business functions.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers from first-line management through the C-suite.
• Data-informed approach to hiring decisions and process improvement.
• Interest in experimenting with AI agents, workflows, and recruitment technology.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, United Kingdom.
