Business Recruiter (AI)

Location: Union Square, New York City; most roles require in-person work at the NYC headquarters.

Salary: $100K–$160K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage assigned recruiting searches from kickoff through offer acceptance, keeping searches organized and progressing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and interview plans.
• Build candidate pipelines through personalized outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound applications.
• Conduct recruiter screens, assess experience and motivation, and keep candidates informed and engaged.
• Collect interview feedback, facilitate debriefs, manage offer conversations, and partner with senior teammates on complex assessments or negotiations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and help develop AI agent workflows that automate repetitive recruiting tasks and improve process consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, including hands-on candidate sourcing, offer management, or closing hires.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with a proactive approach to learning and applying feedback.
• Humility and self-awareness, openness to feedback, willingness to ask questions, and commitment to learning from others.
