Go-To-Market Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site, in-office 5 days a week.

Salary: $120K–$200K per year, plus equity.

JuiceBox is an AI SaaS company building an AI sourcing platform used by recruiters, founders, and talent leaders to improve hiring. The company serves more than 5,000 customers, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, and is growing toward $100M in ARR.

What you will do

• Recruit and help build out go-to-market teams.
• Represent JuiceBox externally as a visible leader in the recruiting community.
• Shape the company’s presence through recruiting content, community engagement, and candidate experience.
• Help position JuiceBox as a destination for top-tier talent in AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency.
• A strong personal brand in the recruiting community, such as an active LinkedIn presence, trusted network, and respect from peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make candidates feel seen and understood.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
• Strong commitment to quality and candidate experience.
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week with the team in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with early-stage startups from Seed to Series B or in-house experience at high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets.
• Interest in writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work.
