Project Manager II (AI)

Location: Ireland (Remote); EMEA working hours

What you will do

• Lead Professional Services engagements and deliver projects against defined Statements of Work.
• Own end-to-end project management from kickoff through User Acceptance Testing and project closure, including timelines, communications, and change management.
• Identify and unblock technical issues for customers and engineers, while preparing progress reports and mitigating delivery risks.
• Lead proactive, prescriptive onboarding for enterprise customers in partnership with Customer Success Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Support customer migrations, platform expansion, account-health reviews, measurable success plans, and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to organizational improvements, performance metrics, product feature betas, data initiatives, and large-scale migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-tiered projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience supporting customers through technical implementations, complex migrations, or software onboarding.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project-management platforms such as Monday.com or Asana, plus experience with Salesforce and data tools such as Looker or Omni.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline project creation, improve communication clarity, and accelerate delivery quality.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing, change management, and project risk mitigation.
• High standards for project-delivery quality and reliable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, including tailoring communication frequency, tone, and content to different audiences.
• Ability to work with detailed technical information while aligning tasks with broader business strategy and impact.
• Ability to connect CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and initiatives.

Nice to have

• Professional project-management certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT, or business operations.
