Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: 100% remote; the team is globally distributed across Europe and beyond.

What you will do

• Analyze existing Creative Team workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable process improvements.
• Gather stakeholder needs, define functional requirements, and participate in designing processes, tools, and automation solutions.
• Own operational and improvement initiatives from scoping through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks, and driving completion.
• Maintain structured, current Creative Team documentation in Confluence and coordinate onboarding access to Confluence, Asana, internal knowledge resources, and other tools.
• Coordinate internal training through the company LMS and support external educational projects, courses, and workshops.
• Support the development and maintenance of a structured marketing database.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Production Manager, including stakeholder engagement, process decomposition, functional specifications, and solution delivery oversight.
• Experience evolving internal products, ideally by automating back-office or production workflows within product-led technology companies or large advertising agencies.
• High ownership and proactivity, with the ability to independently analyze systems, identify improvement areas, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to completion.
• A structured and systemic approach to operating in fast-paced, uncertain environments and turning operational complexity into clear algorithms.
• Understanding of the underlying logic of software systems, databases, and integrations; coding and SQL knowledge are not required.

Nice to have

• Interest in generative AI tools and experience integrating them into workflows.
• Personal automation projects, including no-code or low-code workflows.
• Experience in creative production, marketing, or advertising agencies, including understanding the interaction between creative producers and designers.
