Onboarding Consultant DACH & International (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote from Spain; listed locations include Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Marbella, Tarragona, and Valencia. Work from abroad within Europe is available for up to 12 weeks per year, with a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks.

What you will do

• Onboard a portfolio of new customers and guide software implementation from A to Z.
• Provide structured onboarding so customers achieve value from the product quickly.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions and provide tailored advice.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure goals are met on time.
• Identify important customer issues, resolve problems, and contribute to satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing client communication, including experience from a call center, hospitality, or events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and native German are required.
• Ability to connect easily with people and provide empathetic customer support.
• Comfort working remotely with freedom and autonomy, taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Fast learner with strong technology skills.
