Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year for US-based candidates; equity may be offered.

What you will do

• Review customer-facing marketing materials for compliance with legal guidelines.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, channel leads, and legal and regulatory teams on compliant messaging.
• Use AI as a support tool for marketing review.
• Advise teams on legal and regulatory concepts and escalate issues to senior leadership when needed.
• Document best practices across product categories and marketing assets.
• Develop an intake system for marketing compliance requests and partner with Legal on new rules and regulations.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, business affairs, or an equivalent role.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including exposure to legal and regulatory teams.
• Expert-level attention to detail and a track record of applying concepts to completed work.
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
