Senior Compliance Manager, Analytics & Program Effectiveness (AdTech)

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; hybrid in-office schedule near the Menlo Park office

Base pay range: $176,000–$242,880 USD annually for Region A. Bonus and equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Design and operate compliance frameworks, workflows, playbooks, repositories, and repeatable ECO services.
• Own compliance metrics, KPI/KRI definitions, dashboards, data-quality processes, trend analysis, and executive, Risk Committee, and Board reporting.
• Set documentation and evidence standards and maintain audit-ready records traceable from risks and controls to supporting evidence.
• Analyze compliance data, workflows, and documentation to identify gaps, root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage risk registers, policy and regulatory obligations, issues, remediation actions, commitments, escalations, and closure evidence.
• Lead third-party risk management tools and processes, audit and regulatory readiness, ECO governance, intake workflows, and AI-assisted analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, risk, compliance, political science, data/information science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, privacy, security governance, program management, or regulatory operations.
• Experience building or scaling compliance, audit readiness, regulatory, or remediation programs and operating models.
• Demonstrated ownership of compliance or risk metrics, KPI/KRI frameworks, data lineage, data-quality controls, and executive dashboards.
• Strong program leadership, analytical, documentation, communication, organization, and stakeholder-influence skills in a global matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GRC and workflow platforms, AI tools, SQL, BI/dashboard tools, and Excel or Sheets.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification such as CCEP, CRISC, CIPM, CRMA, or PMP.
• Experience in technology, media, AdTech, high-growth companies, or startups.
• Exposure to product or advertising compliance, privacy, information governance, third-party risk, AI governance, or compliance training.
