Integrations Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds tools and services that collect, format, and deliver web data for organizations and developers, including hirify.global API and Scrapy Cloud.

What you will do

• Build and publish integrations for coding-agent environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Docker, including MCP-based setups.
• Design, build, and release the hirify.global CLI for PyPI and npm, plus packages and tools for LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent SDKs, browser automation tools, and other developer frameworks.
• Build recurring data-delivery integrations for AWS, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Snowflake, and other customer cloud and data platforms.
• Assess automation and app-building platforms, prototype integrations or templates, and provide engineering estimates covering feasibility, effort, dependencies, and upkeep.
• Add tracking for signups and usage, write setup guides and examples, manage partner-directory submissions, and maintain documentation in public repositories and on docs.hirify.global.com.
• Maintain live integrations through partner-tool changes, issue fixes, releases, and versioning; collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, SaaS, and Platform teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and solid TypeScript/Node.js skills, with the ability to publish packages in both ecosystems.
• Experience building SDKs, client libraries, CLIs, plugins, or third-party integrations used by external developers.
• Hands-on use of coding agents and AI tooling, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and familiarity with MCP or similar tool-calling interfaces.
• Experience publishing and maintaining packages through PyPI and npm, including versioning, CI/CD, testing, and releases.
• Good working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication, including secure credential handling in client and server setups.
• Outcome-focused approach to developer adoption and continued usage, with data-driven improvement decisions.
• Clear English writing skills for documentation and examples, which are a core part of the role.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage scoping in a new squad.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a distributed, remote-first team.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent SDKs.
• Experience with AWS or GCP data services, including S3, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery, or with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with web scraping, Scrapy, or browser automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Open-source maintenance or Developer Relations experience.
