Core Architect & Integration Lead (Applied AI)

What you will do

• Own the Intelligence Core access layer, including native connectors, MCP servers, Databricks integrations, short-lived tokens, least-privilege access, and data residency controls.
• Define versioned schemas for signed credentials and action records, and establish deployment pipelines, authority policies, skill merge gates, signed builds, and SBOMs.
• Build the authority lease service with kill switches and capture events in append-only, hash-chained logs for independently verifiable auditing.
• Migrate existing agents to the Core, launch department-specific agents, and lead security reviews for continuous read access.
• Extend the platform to bounded write actions using idempotency keys, compensating actions, and multi-approver time locks for money movement.
• Design interoperability primitives, private zero-egress stacks, and integrations involving agent-payment standards, confidential inference, and zero-knowledge attestations.

Requirements

• Senior Python-first backend engineering experience with production event-driven systems, API integrations, and CI/CD.
• Experience composing LLM agents using Claude, GPT, Bedrock, or comparable platforms into persistent systems.
• Security-first experience in a regulated environment such as an MSB, VASP, bank, or comparable organization.
• Working familiarity with capability-based authorization, attenuable tokens, workload identity, and policy as code.
• Ability to keep models at the edges while maintaining a deterministic control plane.

Nice to have

• Experience with verifiable credentials, HTTP message signatures, x402, AP2, MPP, Visa TAP, or Mastercard Agent Pay.
• Experience with self-hosted LLM stacks, confidential computing, or trusted execution environments.
• Research habits, autonomy, and comfort working with broad scope on a foundational team.
