Senior Software Engineer (AI Intelligence Platform)

What you will do

• Design, document, and drive architecture for scalable, reliable, secure AI platform components.
• Own complex initiatives from architecture and development through deployment, production operation, and iteration.
• Build a trusted, high-quality data foundation that unifies hirify.global's data for intelligence generation.
• Architect secure access for AI agents to sensitive data using least-privilege access, strong isolation, and enforceable privacy guarantees.
• Build systems that turn intelligence into personalized insights and actions protecting customers and their families.
• Set technology direction, champion security and operational best practices, and mentor engineers on design, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and shipping complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience owning complex systems end to end, from architecture through production operation.
• Strong knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, algorithms, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
• In-depth cloud technology knowledge, including selecting between serverless and containerized services, relational and NoSQL databases, caches, queues, and data-processing pipelines.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with security and privacy as first-class design constraints.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and building alignment across teams.
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and move quickly in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI or LLM-powered production systems, including agents, retrieval pipelines, evaluation, or LLM observability.
• Background in security, privacy engineering, or trust and safety.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and data-intensive systems.
• Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
