Senior Project Manager (SaaS Gaming)

Location: Full-time on-site presence in Barcelona, Spain, five days per week

What you will do

• Lead, inform, motivate, and align project teams across multiple development teams and initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and prioritization criteria.
• Own project planning and execution, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and predictable delivery.
• Build partnerships with game studios and production teams to understand business goals, release processes, and operational needs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and partner organizations while providing visibility into project progress and team health.
• Establish and improve production processes, agile practices, and team operating models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer.
• Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, alignment, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt ways of working for different team profiles while maintaining appropriate project oversight.
• Ability to work on-site in the Barcelona office five days per week.
