Chinese-Mandarin Language Analyst

Location: Fort Gordon, GA; US citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Salary: $120,000–$240,000 annually.

What you will do

• Translate, transcribe, and produce summaries or gists of Chinese-Mandarin language materials.
• Apply knowledge of language origins and cultural context to create nuanced translations.
• Conduct triage analysis of incoming language materials, determine priority, and process materials accordingly.
• Use tools and databases to process language materials and annotate required data.
• Maintain proper English grammar in all language-analysis outputs.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for consideration.
• Four years of crypto language processing experience, including translating or gisting sophisticated written and/or spoken materials and demonstrating all lower OLA skills; at least two of the four years must have translation, transcription, and/or gisting as the primary duty.
• ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic is required.
• Strong command of English and consistently accurate grammar.
