Retail Communications Manager, Translation and Localization (Spanish)

Annual base salary: $86,105–$114,570. Bonus eligibility may apply.

hirify.global’s Sephora operates a retail organization supporting more than 650 Sephora stores and 1,000 Sephora at Kohl’s locations, as well as retail leadership, brand partners, and Asset Protection.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver accurate, inclusive, and contextually relevant Spanish-language content for the retail organization.
• Establish translation standards and manage localization workflows.
• Preserve business intent and Sephora’s store-centered voice across languages.
• Collaborate with Retail Communications partners and stakeholders across the retail organization.
• Occasionally support core retail communications during peak periods, coverage gaps, or special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to create and manage Spanish-language translation and localization content for retail communications.
• Ability to ensure clear, consistent, and culturally relevant information for store teams.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage translation workflows.
