What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives that unlock growth opportunities and strengthen the competitive position in payments and financial technology.
• Shape differentiated merchant propositions across key customer segments.
• Lead high-profile projects with product implications and turn strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Identify M&A opportunities that expand capabilities, support market entry, and create long-term value.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and industry shifts to develop actionable strategies.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and materials, collaborate with senior leaders, the Board, business functions, and external partners, and evaluate new products, partnerships, and business models.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong interest in innovation, payments, financial technology, and emerging products.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
