Senior FP&A Analyst – GTM Finance

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models supporting GTM forecasting, planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying commercial drivers such as volume, mix, ACV, contract length, timing, and currency.
• Analyse ARR movements, software revenue, P&L impact, GTM costs, sales productivity, cost to serve, and profitability.
• Consolidate regional GTM actuals, forecasts, and plans and support monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Support annual budgets and periodic forecasts, challenge assumptions, and prepare clear commercial commentary.
• Use AI, automation, queries, data models, and dashboards to improve FP&A processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similarly analytical finance role, ideally supporting sales or go-to-market organisations.
• Essential experience in the software or SaaS industry.
• Excellent financial modelling skills, including building models from the ground up.
• Strong Excel and data skills, with experience using BI, planning, or analytical tools.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation and the ability to apply emerging technology practically within Finance.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate underlying causes in imperfect or incomplete data.
• Driven, resilient, curious, and determined, with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn detailed analysis into simple, commercially relevant conclusions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across Finance and the wider business.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant status such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, or an equivalent finance or quantitative background.
