Senior Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and remote work Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must be based in Austin or willing to relocate to the United States.

Base salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience. Performance bonus up to 5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital marketing accounts covering SEO, local SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, and web.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, budgets, hours, and spend against scope.
• Maintain Jira as the source of truth through accurate boards, tickets, workflows, and time logging.
• Lead concise, decision-oriented client status meetings and manage scope, risks, escalations, and change conversations.
• Coordinate strategists, paid media, SEO, creative, web teams, and remote contractors.
• Improve workflows, templates, automations, standard operating procedures, and practical AI use in delivery while mentoring project management practices.

Requirements

• Based in Austin or willing to relocate to the United States, with availability to work in the office three days per week.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 or more years managing digital marketing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, social, or web projects from kickoff through launch.
• Experience tracking project budgets, hours, or spend against scope and managing multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools and strong written and verbal communication, including client meetings.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Advanced Jira experience, including board configuration and automation.
• Agency experience and experience coordinating remote or international contractors.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification.
