Technical Auditing Team Leader

Location: Remote, UK field based; regular field-based audit work in the United Kingdom. Hours: 37.5 per week.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the allocated auditor team and ensure audits meet global targets, business requirements, accreditation requirements, growth expectations, and profitability levels.
• Address staffing issues to maintain customer service levels.
• Provide certification functions, including proposal and audit pack approvals and certificate decisions within personal technical expertise.
• Support product management for relevant standards and schemes through technical, process, commercial, and client support.
• Plan and conduct professional management system audits according to hirify.global procedures and applicable accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Registered IRCA lead auditor status, or equivalent registration under another recognised body.
• GCSE Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent.
• Full driving licence for use in the UK.

Nice to have

• First degree or equivalent, such as BA/BSc, HNC, or NVQ 5.
