What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end orchestration of the Global Enterprise Operations transformation portfolio, prioritizing, sequencing, and coordinating initiatives.
• Facilitate quarterly and monthly executive prioritization and trade-off decisions, translating strategy into actionable portfolio outcomes.
• Directly oversee selected strategic transformation programmes, resolving issues and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Shape and drive elements of the Global Enterprise Operations Target Operating Model, aligning structure, capability, and strategic ambition.
• Challenge sponsorship, surface risks early, and ensure decisions result in tangible delivery progress and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex transformation portfolios and directly delivering large-scale programmes in a matrixed organisation, with exposure to ExCo-1 or LT-level senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement Target Operating Models, including organisational design, and translate high-level intent into executable, sustained change.
• Strong track record of influencing outcomes and driving delivery without formal authority across diverse stakeholders and varying levels of delivery maturity.
• Highly developed judgement in prioritisation and decision support, including framing trade-offs across scope, funding, timing, and capacity and guiding senior stakeholders toward pragmatic decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments, bringing structure, pace, and clarity when information, alignment, or delivery confidence is incomplete.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed funding models, including investment-funded and self-funded initiatives, and related delivery and benefits-realisation challenges.
• Experience building or improving portfolio, programme, or project delivery capability within a function or business unit.
• A recognised delivery or transformation certification such as MSP, PMP, SAFe, or Lean, applied pragmatically rather than prescriptively.
