Chief Operating and Trust Officer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States of America

Base pay range: $252,500–$305,833 per year

hirify.global is an internet financial platform company building digital-asset, payment, stablecoin, and programmable blockchain infrastructure, including USDC, hirify.global Payments Network, and Arc.

What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and business of hirify.global National Trust and represent its interests internally and externally.
• Report key business matters to hirify.global executive leadership and the hirify.global National Trust Board of Directors.
• Develop, own, and execute the business plan, ensuring efficient and profitable operations and adequate resources.
• Maintain compliance systems, corporate governance, and controls for custody, fiduciary, and other regulated activities.
• Build centralized processes for regulatory engagement, support audits and examinations, and ensure findings are remediated.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, treasury, HR, and operational matters while building the long-term foundation of hirify.global National Trust.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in general management, finance, operations, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Detailed experience implementing and managing a regulated business and ongoing operations in financial services.
• OCC-specific experience is a plus.
• Excellent ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data and local and federal regulations.
• Experience in a RegTech or Fintech company.
• Ability to establish trust and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and team members.
• Understanding of and passion for digital currency, blockchain technology, and related services.
• Experience working hands-on with engineers, product managers, data analysts, and other cross-functional leaders to improve business processes.
• Strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
